Mamba-2 SSM selected as the memory backbone. BFT (Byzantine Fault Tolerant) governance model designed — 33 agents, 12-around-1 council architecture.

First 10 MCP Servers — The Federation Begins

DEFONEOS Conceived — The Pivot to Defence

Nicholas identifies the opportunity: the UK has no open-source sovereign defence AI OS. Palantir dominates the closed-source space. DEFONEOS is born — defence + ephemeral (rapid deployment) + open-source + sovereign.

DEFONEOS HIVE workspace created. 10-day sprint planned. 30-day roadmap defined. First 9 P0 repos cloned (PX4, FreeTAKServer, Mava, OpenAthena, etc.)

4 July 2026 — DAY 1 OF 10-DAY SPRINT

DEFONEOS 10-DAY SPRINT LAUNCHED

Autonomous build sprint begins. JEEVES (Hermes agent) executes 2-hour tick cycle: build, deploy, verify, SIGIL, repeat. First 40 pages live by end of day. Vercel deployment operational.

Targets: 30 MCPs, 50+ pages, 15 P0 repos cloned, compliance-ready (DSP, Cyber Essentials, SC clearance initiated — human gates requiring Nick's personal info documented).

4-5 July 2026 — DAYS 1-2

Core Demo Build Phase

Replacing 18 remaining stub pages with full-content documentation. Building ISR Pipeline live demo architecture. Designing swarm engine demonstration (Mava + PX4). Digital Twin of Yorkshire concept design.

Sensor Blitz Completion + PyPI Publishing

GTM: First MOD Contact

DASA open call application. NATO DIANA dual-use AI challenge application. UKDI Regional Engagement Team (Yorkshire/Humber) email outreach. First MOD contact initiated.

10-Day Sprint Complete SIGIL emitted. DEFONEOS is compliance-ready, demo-capable, and has made first contact with the UK defence procurement ecosystem.
