What you can rely on
Measurements — figures on a published harness, with stated method and confidence interval, signed with our public key.
Signed records — Ed25519 signatures verifiable against the public key in /.well-known/agent.json.
Recompute — every published figure can be reproduced from the published harness. If you can't, we have a bug; tell us.
What you cannot rely on
Any number on this site for a system other than the one tested.
Any "pass / fail" claim that is not tied to a measurement and a harness.
Any statement that a system is "compliant" — that is a regulator's call.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the API faster than documented rate limits.
Do not republish benchmark items verbatim to evade the harness.
Do not impersonate CSOAI in a way that suggests certification.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSOAI is not liable for any decision you take on
the basis of a measurement, signed record, or any other material on this site. Our
maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
